30-Night Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 30-night hassle-free trial on eligible products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility Requirements
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The product must not be
intentionally damaged or altered. Proof of purchase is required. For wellness and hygiene products,
we reserve the right to refuse returns that present health or safety concerns.
90-Day Defect Warranty
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use,
you may request a replacement or refund within 90 days of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing flaws, material defects, and product failures under normal
intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper
care, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@getgroundstate.com and include your order number, full name, email address
used for purchase, reason for return, and photos if reporting damage or a defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days
for processing, plus any additional time required by your financial institution.
Return Shipping
For standard returns under the 30-night trial, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
unless otherwise required by law. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Ground State will
cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.
Replacements
For defective or damaged products, Ground State may offer a replacement product, store credit, or
a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable digital products, final-sale items, and certain hygiene-sensitive products
may not be eligible for return where prohibited by law.Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped,
it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in
Canada or the United States.
